RYZ Labs is seeking a Recreation Worker specializing in AI training to help develop and refine our AI models. Your core focus will be on implementing Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Train and fine-tune AI systems using human feedback data.
- Create and manage datasets for Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines.
- Evaluate AI model outputs for quality, safety, and alignment.
- Contribute to the iterative improvement of AI behavior and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a recreation, training, or content-focused role.
- Understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts and training processes.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented approach to task execution.
