Responsibilities
- Help execute and refine current reconciliation procedures to improve reliability and performance.
- Support the overall reconciliation structure, ensuring precision and efficiency across all phases.
- Analyze mismatches and reconciliation breaks, helping implement corrective measures to resolve and prevent future issues.
- Assist in deploying process enhancements that increase automation and streamline operations.
- Work on cross-departmental initiatives focused on improving reconciliation workflows and integrating new technologies.
- Manage daily reconciliation tasks, including collecting data, performing analysis, and matching transaction records.
- Detect and examine inconsistencies, discrepancies, and variances in financial data.
- Support the creation and rollout of solutions that fix reconciliation problems and reduce recurrence.
- Help improve reconciliation efficiency through system upgrades and automated processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
