Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls, screen callers, and route calls appropriately
- Maintain and update the visitor calendar while ensuring security protocols are followed for guest access
- Coordinate visitor arrangements with internal staff as required
- Record daily conference room reservations and scheduling details
- Prepare and manage meeting logistics for conference room usage
- Manage the distribution and receipt of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Process and sort incoming faxes for proper handling
- Support office supply inventory management
- Operate a multi-line phone system to manage high-volume call traffic, including screening and forwarding calls
