Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and attentive customer service that aligns with the company's promise of a superior fresh shopping environment.
- Greet and support customers as needed, following established service standards.
- Safely and efficiently receive, unload, and route incoming products to appropriate departments and storage areas.
- Check delivery quantities and assess product condition, reporting any issues to management promptly.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones clean, orderly, and safe through routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
- Manage returned goods, including handling of pallets and containers.
- Adhere to all company policies with particular attention to health and safety, food safety protocols, and correct equipment operation.
- Assist with additional store-related tasks as assigned on an occasional basis.
