Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming and attentive customer service that enhances the fresh shopping experience.
- Greet and support customers in alignment with established service standards.
- Unload deliveries and distribute products to appropriate departments and storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Check incoming shipment quantities and assess product condition, reporting any issues to management.
- Keep workspaces and storage zones clean, organized, and hazard-free through routine cleaning tasks.
- Manage returned goods, including pallets and containers, as necessary.
- Adhere to company protocols with emphasis on workplace safety, food handling standards, and equipment operation.
- Assist with additional store tasks as assigned on a rotating basis.
