What You'll Do
Act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers involved in product recall initiatives, delivering clear and timely responses. Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, fax, and online platforms to support recall procedures. Ensure all required actions are completed according to protocol, using remote coordination methods.
Keep detailed records of all project activities, updating internal databases, tracking tools, and project plans with precision. Monitor the progress of ongoing recalls to verify adherence to industry regulations and internal standards. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining patient safety and operational integrity.
Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent professional experience (12 years of formal education)
- Native speaker in German, French, or Italian
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work remotely from Portugal during specified shifts: 11:00–20:00 or 13:00–22:00
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, particularly with technology or clinical support functions
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare operations is beneficial
