What You'll Do
Manage the configuration and integration of pages, portlets, and tools within the partner portal, ensuring it functions as a reliable central hub for product updates, promotions, and partner resources. Collaborate with product managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define project needs and convert them into functional technical implementations.
Perform regular system validations, diagnose technical issues, and resolve production incidents efficiently. Serve as the initial escalation point for critical problems, developing workarounds and coordinating fixes to maintain platform stability. Support code deployments and major initiatives by aligning technical execution with business objectives, including refining user story criteria and defect resolution.
Explore emerging IT tools and programming methods to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements. Contribute to functional project teams with technical expertise and help guide cross-functional efforts. Use backend systems to publish and manage content on the portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Analyze operational data and processes to uncover insights that enhance team performance and service quality. Propose and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, usability, and long-term scalability of the platform.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and customer support
- Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge to solve problems
- Demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and technical innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within multinational organizations
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background
- Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, CSS, PHP, MySQL, and HTML
- Background in application testing or editorial functions within web platforms
