What You'll Do
Lead and support SAP HCM transformation initiatives as organizations transition to S/4HANA. Advise clients on migration pathways, assess architectural approaches, and help define long-term HR system strategies. Depending on your level of experience, you may lead project streams or contribute to high-level design decisions.
Collaborate closely with teams working in SuccessFactors to build cohesive, integrated HR solutions. Participate in shaping client proposals, responding to RfPs, and designing tailored technical and functional approaches that align with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven background in SAP ECC HCM with strong functional knowledge
- Expertise in at least one key area: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), or Time Management (PT)
- Fluency in both German and English
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders, both on-site and remotely
- Commitment to structured delivery, team collaboration, and delivering measurable value
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SAP HCM for S/4HANA concepts and migration scenarios
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM for S/4H/XMLSchema is highly advantageous, though not mandatory
- Interest in evolving HR systems within the S/4HANA landscape
