Drive Sales and Customer Success in Key Philippine Markets
As a Territory Manager, you will lead sales initiatives and customer relationships in the Cebu, Davao, or Manila regions. Your focus will be on growing revenue by managing existing accounts and expanding into new business within the water treatment and hygiene solutions sector. You'll combine technical knowledge with commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering consistent service and identifying opportunities for sales expansion
- Prospect new clients through targeted outreach and market analysis in underpenetrated areas
- Use sales funnel tracking, performance reporting, and market data to guide strategy and measure results
- Provide technical guidance, product training, and on-site support to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct regular business reviews with customer leadership teams to align on goals and performance
- Collaborate with sector and application specialists to ensure comprehensive service coverage
- Support receivables management by monitoring payment timelines and addressing potential delays
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, chemical engineering, or a related field—especially with exposure to food manufacturing
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, present solutions, and build strong client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using sales and market analysis tools
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
