What You'll Do
Deliver individual mental health care to clients via secure video sessions, with potential for in-person meetings in Newcastle when needed. Support people navigating conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders using evidence-based methods. Collaborate with a network of clinicians to refine treatment approaches and enhance client outcomes on a continuously evolving digital platform.
Requirements
- Hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Demonstrate experience applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other validated therapeutic models, including Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT
- Have completed at least 300 hours of clinical practice after graduation
- Be fluent in English and one of the following: German, French, or Italian
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counseling, or leadership coaching
- Willingness to participate in occasional onsite engagements
