You'll work directly with clients experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
What You’ll Do

- Apply therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to refine service delivery and enhance client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
You hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology and have completed at least 300 hours of postgraduate clinical practice. You're fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian. Your approach is grounded in evidence-based methods, and you bring a strong ethical framework to client care.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult mental health counseling, or coaching in professional settings. Flexibility for occasional in-person engagements is an asset.
