What You'll Do
Support the planning and coordination of live marketing events, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion. Conduct research on venues, vendors, and permitting requirements to help shape event strategies. Maintain and update scheduling databases to keep initiatives on track. Contribute ideas during creative sessions and assist in developing launch plans, client recaps, and strategy documents.
Stay alert to industry developments and monitor media coverage relevant to client campaigns. Help compile summaries of program outcomes and track key results. Play an active role in solving challenges as they arise, supporting both client needs and internal team goals. Assist in delivering components of client programs with precision and follow-through.
Requirements
This role requires a willingness to report to the El Segundo office on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, business, marketing, or a related field. Prior professional experience is expected, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently, and committed to accuracy in all tasks.
Strong time management and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable adapting to evolving project demands.
