Role Overview
This remote position based in Portugal involves managing and coordinating product recall activities for healthcare manufacturers. As a Recall Analyst, you will act as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals involved in recall projects, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for healthcare providers participating in recall initiatives
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, email, fax, and online portals to address recall-related inquiries
- Carry out protocol-driven tasks remotely, following established procedures
- Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation for all recall projects
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in internal systems, tracking tools, and project timelines
- Monitor the progress of ongoing recalls and verify adherence to regulatory and industry standards
Qualifications
Required
- Post-secondary education or equivalent (12 years of formal study)
- Native proficiency in German, French, or Italian
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work remotely from Portugal within specified shifts: 11:00–20:00 or 13:00–22:00
Preferred
- Experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment, particularly with technology or clinical support
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
