Responsibilities
- Assist with buyer and rental showings
- Complete light inspection reports
- Conduct Open Houses
- Perform other real estate tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Exeter area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region)
Additional Information
- You will be paid for each home shown, even if multiple homes are shown to a single client.
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage; agents stay with their current brokerage.
- If unlicensed, Showami can help with licensing classes and referrals to brokerages.
