Position Overview
We're connecting licensed real estate agents in Rochester and surrounding communities with consistent, on-demand work. As a showing agent, you'll manage property tours for buyers and renters, support open houses, and complete brief inspection reports—all while continuing with your current brokerage. This role is ideal for agents who want to expand their income through flexible, task-based assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead in-person showings for residential properties
- Host open house events and engage potential buyers
- Complete basic property condition reports after visits
- Use electronic lockbox systems to access listed homes securely
- Manage scheduling and confirm appointments with clients and agents
- Follow up on assigned real estate support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Active real estate license required
- Direct access to the local MLS system
- Proven experience conducting home showings in the Rochester market
- Ability to operate electronic lockbox technology for property entry
Compensation & Support
Agents earn an average of $34 or more per completed task, with additional income possible through client tips.
