Shape the future of affiliate partnerships in FinTech
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales professional to lead our affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll identify and onboard new partners worldwide, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure smooth integration through proven tracking methods. Your efforts will directly influence global engagement and partnership growth.
What You’ll Do
- Actively recruit and qualify new affiliate partners across international markets
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring seamless integration via API and server-to-server (S2S) tracking
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust commission models to maximize results
- Maintain strong communication with partners to foster long-term collaboration
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or native proficiency in English
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within an affiliate marketing environment
- Familiarity with API integrations and S2S tracking, both in practice and concept
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Work Environment
This is a fully remote, freelance position available globally. Candidates based in Estonia or the Canary Islands may be eligible for alternative arrangements.
