Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in facilities management, facilities technology, project coordination, workplace operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel periodically to other office locations
- Ability to lift and move light office equipment (up to ~50 lbs.)
- Comfortable walking job sites, offices, and vendor locations
Nice to Have
- Exposure to project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Asana, Service Now)
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or facilities service providers
- Familiarity with access control systems, security vendors, or workplace technology

Additional Information
- The Real Estate Manager is an exempt position.
- The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $65,000-$85,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
