Paired is seeking a Real Estate and Skip Tracing Analyst for a US-based client company. You will conduct thorough research and analysis in real estate, specializing in skip tracing techniques to locate individuals and properties. Your work will directly support the acquisition team by providing insights on potential investment opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct real estate market research to identify potential and existing properties for investment and development.
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate missing property owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze data related to property values, ownership records, and neighborhood demographics.
- Compile reports and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide insights on potential investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all research and findings for future reference.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in both real estate and data sourcing.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in real estate analysis and skip tracing.
