About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Paid Search Marketing Manager to be at the heart of our digital marketing operations. In this remote role, you will bridge client strategy with tactical execution to maximize campaign performance, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, as well as other search engines and social platforms.
  • Utilize proprietary technology tools to streamline campaign creation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, communicating campaign strategies and performance insights clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and execution.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain thought leadership in paid search marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years of experience managing search engine marketing campaigns, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to create compelling data-driven stories and analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading client interactions virtually or in person.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive ownership mentality and collaborative leadership style.
  • Ability to work during New York (Eastern) time zone hours.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in remote, international teams is a plus.
