Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Community Growth Manager to expand our presence within the body art world. This remote role combines field sales, brand advocacy, and cultural engagement to drive direct-to-artist sales and execute strategic marketing initiatives in a dynamic, artist-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own a sales territory, identifying and engaging with tattoo studios, PMU artists, and piercing professionals.
- Drive direct-to-artist sales by meeting and exceeding clear monthly and quarterly targets.
- Lead product demonstrations and educational sessions on-site and during industry events.
- Organize and support branded community gatherings, workshops, and conventions.
- Execute marketing-aligned sales campaigns and manage sales pipelines using CRM platforms.
- Provide field feedback to enhance products and strategies while supporting distributors and partners.
- Act as a brand advocate by educating artists on product benefits and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in field sales, account management, or B2B/B2C roles.
- A strong record of meeting sales quotas and managing territory growth through CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Deep passion for the body art world and ability to build authentic relationships within artistic communities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally, including some overnight stays.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
