Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Mobile Service Technician to deliver critical on-site service and support to our clients. This remote field-based role centers on diagnosing and repairing hydraulic hose systems, performing preventative maintenance, and representing our commitment to excellence directly in the field.
What You'll Do
- Respond to service calls in the field to diagnose and repair hydraulic hose systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime for clients.
- Deliver prompt, professional service that builds customer trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and manage mobile inventory.
- Represent the company with a strong customer service mindset at all times.
- Work independently with responsibility for a specific territory.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hydraulic hose repair, mechanical service, or related field work.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with quick thinking in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to represent the brand positively.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel within a defined service area.
