Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Clinician Support Specialist (CSS) to serve as the primary contact for clinicians using advanced AI tools. You will help them maximize value, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they feel confident and supported, enabling a focus on patient care.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to expert for clinicians, offering high-quality, real-time support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Create and maintain internal and external knowledge resources.
- Analyze support trends and report insights to product and engineering teams.
- Continuously improve support systems and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in customer or technical support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage complex issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with clear and empathetic user engagement.
- A proactive mindset with experience building documentation and refining workflows.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working cross-functionally.

- Experience in SaaS or healthcare-related fields.
