Blue Square Spain SL is hiring multilingual Real Estate Agents to join our team serving the Safor area, including Oliva and Gandia. In this key client-facing role, you will be responsible for listing properties, prospecting, and building lasting client relationships while working within an international team.
What You'll Do
- List properties in your assigned area through active prospecting and networking.
- Verify all necessary property documentation and secure mediation agreements with owners, adhering to company commission policies.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular updates and market status reports to vendors.
- Update our CRM with client requirements and maintain your database to meet commercial goals.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Native or advanced proficiency in another language such as Spanish, Dutch, German, or French.
- Valid driving licence and residency in the Safor or Marina Alta areas.
- Must have Autónomo status.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in an international team.
