About the Role

Faith Technologies is hiring an R&D Technical Program Manager to support initiatives across all company divisions. This role is central to executing programs that meet our business goals, focusing on the delivery of new product and functionality launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop timelines, manage budgets, and ensure proper resource allocation.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a change agent, inspiring shared purpose and encouraging improvement within the project team.
  • Manage large, highly complex projects and multiple inter-dependent programs.
  • Partner with multi-departmental leadership to locate opportunities and prioritize projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned programs to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Ensure accurate allocation of resources throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, including various resource levels and vendors, to deploy successful programs.
  • Work with the Project Sponsor and Solution Owner to define, document, and maintain scope integrity.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Estimating staff to develop design/engineering project budgets and costs for customer submittal.
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
  • Ensure programs are delivered within approved budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Engage the team to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and negotiate conflict resolution.
  • Utilize motivation techniques to help the project team reach goals and milestones.
  • Work with design/engineering and operations staff to manage agreed-upon project budgets and costs.
  • Manage the team to document the design scope for customer review and document all design assumptions to avoid risk.
  • Network and maintain customer relationships.
  • Plan, organize, and staff projects to ensure they are completed safely, profitably, timely, with high quality, and according to customer expectations.
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, and potential risks or issues to all concerned parties.
  • Serve as a role model in promoting good working relationships across a project.
  • Maintain detailed records by ensuring timely documentation within the project repository.
  • Serve as a mentor to peers and other team members.
  • Promote a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum of 20 years of demonstrated Project Management experience.
  • Recent experience managing large, highly complex projects and multiple programs.
  • Experience managing large project teams with a wide array of resource skill sets across multiple locations.
  • Previous experience managing/controlling project budgets greater than $5M.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with Executive Leadership.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop executive-level communications.

Nice to Have

  • MBA.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Additional technical certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience.
  • Change management certification or experience.
  • Experience with stage-gate Product Development Process (PDP), Product Lifecycle Management, and Solution Delivery Process (SDP).
