Osmind is hiring an RCM Account Manager to drive client success and ensure the effective management of revenue cycle operations. You will be a key partner to our healthcare clients, focusing on performance and relationship management.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
- Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
- Develop and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing account management role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
