Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of European railway standards, particularly EN 13232 for switches and crossings.
- Carry out design tasks for rail track components in accordance with EN 13232 specifications.
- Produce 3D and 2D CAD models using Siemens NX software.
- Develop layout, assembly, and manufacturing-level drawings.
- Generate engineering bills of materials (BOMs).
- Verify and compute design requirements for accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve technical design issues and coordinate design interfaces with the Project Lead.
