This field-based position is ideal for a Radiation Therapist looking to transition into clinical applications support within the medical technology space. Based ideally in Chicago, you'll serve customers throughout Illinois and beyond, with up to 75% travel—including domestic and international destinations—required to support the implementation and optimization of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT) systems.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will provide expert clinical guidance to healthcare teams using advanced imaging and positioning technology. You'll develop and refine clinical protocols in collaboration with key sites, ensuring safe and effective integration of SGRT into daily practice. Training is a core component—delivering both on-site and remote sessions for clinicians, creating educational materials such as workflows and e-learning modules, and leading group instruction at seminars and trade shows.
You’ll support sales efforts by demonstrating system capabilities at customer locations and exhibitions, helping stakeholders understand clinical value. As a liaison between customers and internal development teams, you’ll gather real-world feedback, contribute to product testing, and assist in shaping future enhancements. You’ll also help distribute customer information bulletins and ensure timely communication of updates.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical radiotherapy setting
- Hands-on experience with AlignRT and OSMS technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to deliver training and support in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and passport required due to frequent travel
