Glean is hiring a Radar & Mission Solutions Sales Lead, APAC to drive commercial growth across our radar portfolio and integrated space-domain awareness solutions. You will take ownership of radar program sales, build executive-level relationships, and accelerate LeoLabs’ expansion across priority APAC markets.
What You'll Do
- Own the full radar sales cycle: opportunity identification, capture strategy, customer engagement, proposal leadership, and deal closure.
- Build deep relationships with Ministries of Defense, defense primes, integrators, and senior government stakeholders.
- Position LeoLabs’ radar systems (Tracker, Seeker, Scout, Ranger) to shape customer requirements and influence program architecture.
- Lead multi-year pipeline development and provide accurate forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and solutions teams to align technical demonstrations and proposals with customer needs.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities for LeoLabs’ space intelligence, analytics, and data-as-a-service products.
- Manage key strategic accounts with a focus on revenue expansion, contract renewals, and long-term program capture.
- Shape customer missions by connecting radar capabilities with broader intelligence and analytics offerings.
- Build and manage partnerships with radar ecosystem players, primes, system integrators, and research institutions.
- Develop joint solution strategies that combine radar sensing with analytics and SDA/SSA mission services.
- Deliver market and competitive intelligence to guide product strategy and executive planning.
- Represent LeoLabs in customer briefings, industry events, trade shows, and program reviews.
- Serve as a radar and mission-solutions subject-matter expert for European market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 6–12 years in radar systems, sensors, aerospace/defense, or space domain markets.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, or capture management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior government and defense stakeholders.
- Strong technical familiarity with radar systems (active/passive, ground/air/maritime, SSA/SDA).
- Excellent communication, executive engagement, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to balance near-term revenue targets with long-term strategic account growth.
