Responsibilities
- Leads the design and development of process steam systems involving pressure and heat augmentation, distribution networks, and integration with industrial steam users.
- Establishes technical requirements and performance criteria, evaluating and recommending optimal solutions based on technical assessments and cost-effectiveness.
- Conducts thermodynamic modeling and simulation of steam system performance using advanced analytical tools.
- Handles complex engineering challenges across multiple technical domains and maintains expertise in emerging technologies related to industrial steam and power systems.
- Defines project scope for cross-functional systems and serves as the primary technical contact between research teams, procurement, and external engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms.
- Performs additional assigned tasks as needed
