Construction & Property Group is looking for a detail-oriented Quoting Specialist to join our team. This role supports our commercial kitchen and restaurant project operations by preparing accurate equipment quotes and maintaining our project database.
What You'll Do
- Enter kitchen equipment items and pricing into the company database
- Prepare detailed and accurate commercial equipment quotes
- Use AutoQuotes to build and manage professional quote packages
- Review specifications to ensure correct product selection and pricing
- Communicate with team members and clients via email and WhatsApp
- Maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and project details
- Ensure all quotes meet company standards for accuracy and completeness
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational skills for managing project details and records
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
