Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding activities of the customers, including data entry of legal documents such as leases and loans, meetings on Zoom with the team and customers, and other software-related tasks as needed
- Assist with customer service questions
- Assist with writing Knowledge Base articles when questions repeatedly come up
Requirements
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong technical experience - able to troubleshoot technology issues by themselves
- Patience for digging through complex, messy records from our customers
- Ability to drive projects to completion
- Attention to detail – both with data and processes
- Ability to communicate well with customers and internally (written and verbally) on progress and questions
- Ability to identify process improvements
- Team player – works closely with other team members to achieve common goals
- Strong follow-through skills
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work effectively remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience in the real estate industry – owning or managing real estate, banking, realtor/broker
- Accounting degree
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
- Experience with Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, Smartsheet, HubSpot
