CTDI is seeking a Quality Manager to uphold consistent production quality through robust systems and process validation. In this role, you will oversee all quality control tasks, manage the quality management system, and drive P&L results within our positive, team-oriented workplace.
What You'll Do
- Oversee comprehensive quality control processes spanning incoming, in-process, and final testing.
- Create and manage production procedures and work instructions for optimal effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate quality reporting measures, providing regular updates to management.
- Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure adherence to SLAs and resolve issues.
- Conduct rigorous visual and physical inspections of products and materials, leveraging data analysis for decisions.
- Manage quality management systems to ensure products and services exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
- Be responsible for meeting or surpassing daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
- Manage quality audits to ensure adherence to customer and internal standards, facilitating continuous improvement.
- Direct Qualification activities related to First Article Inspections and deliver feedback to the customer.
- Mentor and develop quality control personnel through coaching and professional growth opportunities.
- Lead the ISO/9001-2015 & TL-9000 V R6.1/R5.5 certification process as the primary auditor.
- Act as a primary liaison between customers, internal management, and quality control teams.
- Collaborate with Project Teams to ensure effective operation of the Quality System.
- Deliver training programs to enforce compliance with quality standards and audit specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and mitigate quality issues.
- Engage in employee relations initiatives, resolving concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Quality management experience, preferably in a Distribution/Warehouse center environment.
- ISO Lead Auditor Certification.
- Prior experience auditing processes, reporting deficiencies, and drafting work instructions.
- Strong understanding and experience in TL9000 and/or ISO 9001 Quality standards.
- Proficient in managing a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of electronic equipment, diagnostics, repair, and ability to interpret schematics and shop drawings.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Proficiency in conducting root cause and trend analysis reporting, including experience with 5Why techniques.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Ability to strategically analyze complex situations and formulate a well-considered plan.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication.
- Capacity to engage with customers professionally and create and deliver presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, report preparation, and data analysis.
- General knowledge of OSHA Standards.
- Must have experience in ISO or SOC audits.

- Experience working with UKG and Kronos.
- Experience in supervising temporary staff.
