Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Capable of understanding and applying information from technical documents, SOPs, and visual guides
- Skilled in managing multiple pieces of equipment at the same time
- Able to gain proficiency with laboratory-specific software and systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness to participate in a panel-style interview
- Required to wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection in production zones
- Able to perform duties in a loud setting with occasional exposure to low levels of carbon black dust, which may be messy
- Must follow all workplace safety rules and remain alert to forklift traffic on the plant floor
- Capable of standing for long durations during shifts
- Regularly lift and handle items weighing up to 30 pounds

- One year of prior technical training or hands-on experience is preferred
