- Ensures consistent messaging and coordination across multiple initiatives and teams, while documenting project tasks and schedules accurately.
- Provides leadership with strategic recommendations that are scalable, technology-enabled, process-driven, and supportive of organizational and clinical advancement.
- Supports and guides junior quality improvement staff while partnering with patient safety and quality leadership.
- Follows institutional policies and protects organizational resources and compliance standards.
