Telligen is hiring a Quality Improvement Advisor to support our federal health solutions team in Kansas. In this role, you will apply your expertise to enhance the quality and effectiveness of healthcare programs.
What You'll Do
- Advise on and implement quality improvement strategies for federal health programs.
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and measure initiative outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute quality-focused action plans.
- Support the development of reports and materials to communicate program progress.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in quality improvement within a healthcare or public health setting.
- Proven ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of federal healthcare programs and their quality reporting requirements.
