Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, overseeing, and managing testing activities and assignments.
- Create a comprehensive test strategy aligned with project goals.
- Evaluate and approve test plans and final test reports.
- Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.
- Lead and supervise a small team of testing professionals.
- Work with stakeholders to define testing objectives, strategies, and plans.
- Track, document, and oversee defect resolution, testing progress, and outcomes.
- Improve testing procedures, methods, standards, and performance metrics.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and operational issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of defect management protocols.
- Deliver consistent progress updates and contribute to weekly project status summaries and official communications.
