Job Description: • Manual Testing • Functional Testing • Regression Testing • Sanity / Smoke Testing • Test Case Design & Review • Defect Lifecycle Management • Root Cause Analysis • ServiceNow-Specific Skills • ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps module testing • Form, Catalog Item & UI validations • Flow Designer validations • SLA testing • ServiceNow ATF automation • Integration Testing (REST/SOAP APIs) • Testing custom scoped applications Required Skills • Lead testing of ServiceNow modules using Automated Testing Framework (ATF) • Collaborate with stakeholders to create, validate test scripts to ensure outcomes match user requirements. • Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards. • Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes. • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. • Develop and maintain test scripts and testing documentation. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success. • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements • Experience Level: 9-11 Years
