Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in test automation development, DevOps, software testing, quality assurance, and cloud platform validation.
- Substantial background in functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement modules.
- Over 10 years of experience in project and program management, including at least 5 years focused on IT transformation initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years leading teams or overseeing processes, services, and operational functions.
- Consistent history of delivering projects according to specifications despite cross-functional dependencies, shifting timelines, and evolving requirements.
- Capable of assessing project scope, preparing proposals, and conducting planning and effort estimations.
- Experience managing and testing cloud-based platforms including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Proven background across automation development, DevOps CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Practical experience with testing tools such as Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium, Ranorex, or UFT, along with standard testing methodologies.
- Hands-on involvement in testing and managing cloud technology ecosystems like SAP, D365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities are essential for success in this role.
- Experience establishing and executing effective QA processes and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with utilizing QA metrics to monitor and improve testing efficiency and quality.
- History of collaborating with onshore teams and coordinating temporary outsourced resources.
- Outstanding analytical thinking, clear communication, strong collaboration mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.

- Certification in project or program management is advantageous.
