At the United Football League (UFL), we are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of our products by ensuring all components and finished goods meet stringent specifications and regulatory standards. You will be a key player in upholding our quality management system and supporting continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed quality inspections at receiving, in-process, and final production stages.
- Inspect incoming components and materials to verify they meet required specifications and tolerances.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to confirm critical dimensions.
- Ensure products are properly packaged and stored prior to shipment.
- Maintain accurate inspection documentation and record all quality check results.
- Track inspection data, identify trends, and report findings to Quality Assurance and Production teams.
- Assist in identifying, resolving, and communicating quality concerns promptly.
- Support the development and improvement of quality processes and detailed work instructions.
- Support and maintain calibration tracking for all inspection and measurement equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to product quality and manufacturing.
- Review Bills of Material (BOM) and support First Article Inspection activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Management System and regulatory standards including ISO and GMP.
- Consistently model the company's core values and support all processes and systems.
- Support our commitment to workplace safety by following health and safety procedures at all times.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams, collaborating to identify and resolve issues and improve overall quality standards.
