Blau Farmacêutica is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to ensure our pharmaceutical products meet stringent quality standards. You'll perform analytical testing and contribute to maintaining our commitment to reliable and safe medications.
What You'll Do
- Elaborate procedures, analytical methods, and specifications in accordance with current legislation, official compendia, and internal procedures.
- Analyze materials, raw materials, intermediate products, bulk products, and finished products using current analytical methods and instrumental techniques (HPLC, CG, UV, IR, K.F., etc.) to deliver reliable results.
- Prepare reagent solutions, control stock and validity of reagents/solutions, and oversee maintenance, control, and acquisition processes.
- Execute determinations outlined in standard operating procedures, increasing safety and reliability of results.
- Control the inventory of reference standards, following an effective methodology for maintenance, control, and acquisition.
- Perform proper disposal of reagents after use.
- Perform, review, and assist a senior analyst with analyses.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a pharmaceutical industry environment, specifically in physical/chemical quality control for medicines.
- Completed degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or similar fields.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, CG, UV, IR, K.F., and related techniques.
- Availability for second shift (5x2 - 13:57 to 22:50) and Scale B (Tuesday to Saturday) schedule.
