As a Training and Education Specialist, you will shape and implement learning strategies for Cardiac Rhythm Management and Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services across the Benelux and Nordics. Your focus will be on creating and delivering high-quality education programs that meet the needs of both healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate training strategies aligned with regional business objectives and global standards
- Assess educational needs through regular analysis and translate insights into actionable learning plans
- Create and lead procedure-based and competency-driven training for healthcare providers
- Ensure all educational content reflects current product knowledge and complies with regulatory requirements
- Manage digital learning platforms, including content deployment, access control, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to integrate best practices and optimize training delivery
- Act as a subject matter expert on CRM and CDS technologies within the region
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of technical or clinical experience in an international healthcare environment. A foundation in adult learning principles and clinical expertise, particularly in cardiovascular disease, is essential. Strong program management, analytical thinking, and communication skills are required. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. A medical background with cardiology specialization is advantageous.
Work Environment
This hybrid role requires regional travel of 1–2 days per week across the Benelux and Nordics. Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary, ranging from 92,800 to 139,200 EUR annually in Belgium and 85,600 to 128,400 EUR in the Netherlands. Additional benefits include a flexible package and eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP), supporting both financial and professional growth.
