Novo Nordisk is looking for a Quality and Pharmacovigilance Intern for a one-year apprenticeship. Based in France, you will join our Quality and Pharmacovigilance teams, contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality management system to ensure patient safety and product compliance.
What You'll Do
- Participate in quality activities: distribution deviations, CAPA, and document management.
- Assist in monitoring critical pharmaceutical activities (product quality reviews, shortages, batch recalls).
- Support the update of quality documentation (procedures, training materials).
- Contribute to the monitoring of KPI performance indicators.
- Actively participate in the processing of pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance cases.
- Support the InfoMed team: draft responses to requests from patients and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in preparing serious case reports for authorities.
- Translate and enter data into dedicated systems.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality documentation for the vigilance team and monitoring performance indicators.
- Participate in cross-functional projects in support of the vigilance team.
What We're Looking For
- Current student pursuing a Bac+5/6 in Pharmacovigilance, Quality, or a Pharmacist degree, seeking a one-year apprenticeship starting September 2026.
- Strong command of English (read, written, spoken) for international exchanges and documentation.
- Autonomy, rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and a pronounced taste for teamwork.
- Organizational skills and proactivity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- A first internship experience or knowledge in the fields of quality or pharmacovigilance would be a plus.
