Allianz is hiring a Projects Consultant, Agile Processes. In this role, you will act as a multiplier and continuous improvement agent, utilizing Lean practices and Agile Enterprise principles to support squads, chapters, and business areas. You will be responsible for disseminating agile culture and supporting organizational change, communication, and engagement movements.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate lightweight agile rituals (Daily, Review, Retrospective) following Agile Enterprise guidelines to promote fluidity, alignment, and focus on value.
- Map processes, organize critical information, document standards, and ensure adherence to corporate governance from the Transformation and Process areas.
- Promote integration between client areas and partner teams, reducing silos and strengthening end-to-end journeys.
- Conduct end-to-end process analyses, identifying gaps, rework, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities.
- Perform operational diagnostics and root cause analysis, proposing and guiding the implementation of sustainable solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs related to lead time, flow, rework, efficiency, and quality, creating analytical views for decision-making.
- Support special transformation initiatives and projects, ensuring methodological alignment and results tracking.
- Integrate digital & data practices, applying concepts such as data analysis, business intelligence, and data governance to support evidence-based decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process redesign, Lean, corporate agility, or related areas (Senior level).
- Experience in conducting end-to-end process analyses, operational diagnostics, and implementing improvements.
- Experience in Agile Enterprise environments, agile practices, and disseminating the company mindset.
- Solid knowledge in Lean, BPM, problem-solving methodologies, and process design.
- Intermediate/advanced English for stakeholder interaction, documentation, and benchmarking.
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as Lean Green/Black Belt, BPM, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar.
- Previous experience in the insurance market.
- Participation in digital transformation projects, implementation of operational models, or agile transitions.
- Knowledge in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, SQL, automations).
- Familiarity with data governance practices, data integration, and business intelligence.
- Experience as a facilitator of workshops, training sessions, and communities of practice.
