About the Role

SHISEIDO is looking for a Manager, Sales Allocations to oversee and execute all allocations for saleable and point of sales materials. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for Sales Operations, make key allocation decisions, and manage sales analysis and reporting within our multi-branded environment.

What You'll Do

  • Allocate new launch, constraint, promotional, and point of sale materials across multiple brands.
  • Distribute and analyze weekly sell-in and sell-thru reporting for new launches and promotions to all relevant parties.
  • Manage monthly POSM allocations, including distribution, order processing, clearing allocations, and providing consumption tracking updates.
  • Manage the end-to-end allocation process to meet programmed on-counter dates, analyze risks to launch timelines, provide timely updates, and identify impacts.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions for new launches, aligning with internal stakeholders on pipeline and retail projections.
  • Support the global allocation review process and communicate on behalf of the US Market.
  • Review and reconcile allocation errors for open orders daily.
  • Create seasonal order forms and provide allocation approvals for no-charge orders.
  • Lead regular operational status meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Issue weekly out-of-stock reports for finished goods.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize and streamline communication.
  • Help with special projects and maintain a flexible approach to specific requests.
