Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key Studio) is looking for a Location Based Entertainment Intern to join our global team. You will be fully embedded and trusted to own meaningful business projects, assisting in the coordination of communication, schedules, and information for all LBE projects from concept to opening.
What You'll Do
- Research and recommend a filing and sharing system to keep the global team aware of best practices and enhance internal communication.
- Work with Hasbro Internal Communications to create company notifications on recent LBE openings and activations.
- Maintain server files and Sharepoint documents to enhance communication and information sharing globally.
- Support the global LBE sales and marketing team by producing internal newsletters to keep the team updated on industry trends.
- Support the team by producing one-pagers and other internal and external communications documents that highlight the department's work.
- Shadow project managers and the creative team to support licensee management and reviews.
- Work with the LBE creative team to ideate on new LBE concepts.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Office applications and presentation software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking under daily time constraints.
