Wärtsilä is hiring a Services & Logistics Co-ordinator

Wärtsilä is looking for a Services & Logistics Co-ordinator to plan and coordinate Field Service work orders, meeting project timelines, specifications, and cost targets. You will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the work order process, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks and coordinating operations primarily for 4-stroke engines.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate Field Service jobs and projects, ensuring quality of job preparations and job completion within agreed time frame and budget.
• Act as point of contact for customers throughout work orders, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up and report work order statuses to customers and other stakeholders.
• Continuously update the tools used for Field Service management and reporting.
• Ensure timely invoicing of work orders.
• Closely cooperate with other departments and stakeholders to meet defined targets.
• Ensure that all work is executed in adherence to local requirements, site procedures, and Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
• Provide input to development of HSE processes, tools, competencies, and ways of working to secure stakeholder satisfaction and secure defined targets.

Nice to Have

• General knowledge of OOEM & Wärtsilä products and understanding of technical terminology.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai.
