Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance evaluations of digital and printed learning materials across various projects independently.
- Assess content for correctness in language, grammar, readability, organization, consistency, and clarity in instructional design.
- Examine visual components, formatting, page layout, and graphic placement to maintain uniformity and a polished appearance.
- Utilize defined QA methodologies, checklists, and governance models, including adherence to LDCoE quality benchmarks.
- Verify that all outputs meet established quality criteria prior to client delivery or deployment.
- Detect potential quality concerns, recurring problems, and procedural shortcomings, and suggest effective corrective actions.
- Promptly report critical quality, scheduling, or scope-related risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all QA tasks are finalized within agreed project timelines and production schedules.
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback to instructional designers, content developers, and project teams.
- Manage several QA assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Maintain precision and uniformity while meeting strict deadlines and fast-paced production demands.
- Contribute to enhancing quality standards and workflows by offering insightful, forward-looking input.
