Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external certifications
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Monitor performance through key indicators and reporting
- Deliver training programs on safety and compliance topics
- Support risk assessments and hazard identification processes
- Maintain documentation for policies, procedures, and records
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections
- Promote a proactive safety culture across departments
- Oversee environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans
- Review operational changes for QHSE impact
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic safety goals
- Track and analyze incident trends to prevent recurrence
- Ensure contractor and third-party compliance with safety standards
- Support continuous improvement projects
