Highwire is seeking a Public Relations Account Executive specializing in the Health sector. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing strategic communications plans from a remote location.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic public relations plans for health-focused clients
- Manage media relations, including pitching stories and building journalist relationships
- Create compelling content, such as press releases, bylines, and social media materials
- Monitor media coverage and provide insightful analysis and reporting to clients
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a public relations role, with a focus on the Health sector
- Strong media relations skills and an established network of relevant contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. While open to applicants from various locations, candidates based in Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, San Diego, CA, or Seattle, WA are preferred.
