Position Overview
OptiMindHealth is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to deliver high-quality outpatient behavioral health services remotely. This role operates within an integrated care model that prioritizes individualized treatment, clinical independence, and seamless collaboration among mental health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage as an active member of a multidisciplinary care team
- Design and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Set visit frequency and session duration based on clinical judgment
- Manage medication regimens and monitor patient progress
- Deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy when appropriate
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments as clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation after each session
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed clinicians
- Provide care without on-call duties or emergency responsibilities
Qualifications
Candidates must hold active licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado or Massachusetts. Experience managing a range of behavioral health conditions—including mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, personality disorders, and other psychiatric concerns—is required. Supervision by an approved consulting psychiatrist is expected as part of clinical oversight.
Board certification through successful completion of the PMHNP-BC examination is preferred.

- Annual salary range: $125,000 – $145,000+, with potential for productivity bonuses
