3M is looking for a PSC Analyst to join our team. At 3M, we are committed to innovation and encourage curiosity and creativity. In this role, you will perform transactional buying activities within sourcing areas, ensuring compliance and contributing to our operational goals.

What You'll Do

Perform Transactional Buying Activities.
Manage the purchase order process to completion.
Maintain price information in the system.
Follow through on PO deliveries and vendor coordination.
Perform purchasing reporting activities.
Resolve exceptions and handle inquiries from suppliers and clients.
Follow defined procedures under general guidance within Sourcing areas.
Ensure compliance to internal source-to-pay business rules and SOX controls.
Achieve volume and quality targets for purchasing transactional activities.
Achieve SLA related to Purchase Order processing (e.g., POA within 2 days SLA).
Ensure processing contributes to timely payments or paid on time target.
Achieve minimal invoices with issues as per internal target.
Achieve SLA set for query management.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree graduate of any business course.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within sourcing area or purchasing transactional activities.
Fluent in English and Excellent Communication skills.
Highly client service and quality oriented mindset.
Proficient in research, analytical and problem solving skills.
Continuous Improvement mindset.
Team oriented person who can focus on the details.
Knowledge of sourcing principles.
Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.
